So could it be the ISP modem? Something in the settings? What was odd is how this did work for a while and then it stopped. When on the same LAN, had the same display issues with TeamViewer. I think it is default resolution and "recommended" for TeamViewer Using full client.we have licenses for it. If it works flawlessly there, start looking at the ISP look at the remote resolution settingĮDIT: Bring a laptop onsite and see if you have the same issue if you are controlling that machine while on the same LAN.
